1. Warranty Coverage

This product is a well-designed, high-quality manufactured household appliance, under normal use and maintenance should be able to exert its superior performance.

  • Within the warranty period, if any damage caused by the manufacturing process or components occurs, we will repair the product for you.
  • The warranty for each new product begins on the date of purchase. The length of the warranty period varies depending on the product.
  • Refer to the warranty period section or description in online stores to find out the specific duration for your product. A valid proof of purchase and the warranty card are required.
  • The warranty applies when the product has been handled properly for its intended use as described in the instruction manual. Read the instruction manual carefully before installing or using the product.
  • The product warranty will only be effective if you register online or fill in the warranty form and send it to our service email.

2. Non-Warranty Situations

  • For man-made damage caused by improper use, such as incorrect power supply, improper use of accessories, improper installation, use not in accordance with the manual, damage caused by incorrect use or negligence.
  • Damage caused by transportation and other accidents.
  • If repairs or product disassembly have been performed by unauthorized service organizations or persons. If any parts of the unit are replaced with non-genuine components.

  • Damages incurred through non-residential usage (e.g. industrial and commercial use).
